Anxiety Treatment

Occasional anxiety is part of being human. However, when worry, fear, tension, and restlessness become chronic, intrusive, and burdensome, we know that something has gone awry. Indeed, anxiety can become quite debilitating, and when it does it can clinically manifest in many different ways. Our approach to anxiety treatment is cognitive-based, meaning that we help you to challenge the oft-irrational, unrealistic, and exaggerated thought patterns that tend to bring about an anxious state of being, and then assist you in replacing those anxiety-yielding patterns with more rational and realistic beliefs about yourself and the world.
